Beneath the Founders Bridge logo, as you may have noticed, are the words "Golf. Homes. Community." What such a straightforward description doesn't convey is how carefully balanced these elements are at Founders Bridge, how perfectly integrated they are with one another and with the rolling Virginia woodland that surrounds them. As you explore the plan here, note how not only roadways but also the VSGA golf course connect the various neighborhoods of our community. Centrally located amid these neighborhoods is the Founders Bridge Community Center, with its pools, cabana, and tennis. Notable, as well, is the amount of land committed to open space, which includes parks, golf course lakes, and a mile-long walking trail that leads to views of the golf course and other relaxing stopping points.
